I'd been working with the Japanese military on an operation, and they had ordered a surplus of sanctified weaponry. [Because of course they did] Before we wrapped up that operation, a large threat emerged and pulled the entire city into the Ecli- Spirit Realm and cut off all outside contact.

So I had weapons, but I needed more manpower. [He shrugs] It was the most logical choice.

During the crisis, quite well. They understood the severity of the situation and contributed a lot to resolving everything.

After the crisis, well .... it can't be overlooked that they didn't return what they were given.

Most of it isn't a big deal. Sanctified bullets aren't any better than normal bullets unless you're facing demons, which the yakuza aren't interested in meddling with.
